Standard License Agreement
This Standard License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of any digital product, including PSD mockup templates (“Content”), obtained from psdmockup.com/. By downloading or using any file from our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms below.
1. Grant of License
Under the Standard License, psdmockup.com/ grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use the downloaded PSD templates to:
- Showcase your own designs or products
- Create previews, marketing materials, and visual presentations
- Use within business, personal, and commercial projects
You may use our mockups in various formats, including but not limited to:
websites, online stores, advertisements, social media, mobile apps, packaging, magazines, books, presentations, films, and printed media provided that the mockup itself is not resold or distributed in any way.
2. Permitted Uses
You are allowed to:
- Use mockups to display your artwork, designs, or logos in digital and print formats.
- Use files in commercial projects, advertising, promotional displays, or educational materials.
- Modify the content as needed for your project, provided modifications remain part of your own presentation or design showcase.
- Use PSD templates to produce physical products such as skin wraps, labels, or packaging prototypes, as long as the underlying PSD source file is not shared or redistributed.
3. Prohibited Uses
You are not allowed to:
- Resell, share, transfer, or distribute the PSD files (or modified versions) on any platform or software, whether free or paid.
- Use the content for on-demand or print-to-order products, such as customizable T-shirts, mugs, or calendars where end users select images for products.
- Include mockup content in any logo, trademark, or brand identity.
- Use the content in any pornographic, defamatory, or illegal manner.
- Enable others to extract, download, or access the original file as a standalone image.
- Use a shared account or allow multiple users to download content under one license.
- Claim the content as your own or imply association, endorsement, or sponsorship by the original brand names depicted.
4. Required Attribution for Trademarked Elements
When displaying works that include real-world brands or devices, you must include this statement where appropriate:
“The licensed material is used for illustrative purposes only. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.”
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All downloadable content on psdmockup.com/ remains the exclusive property of its creators. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership — it only grants usage rights as stated in this Agreement.
6. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of licensed materials and delete all copies in your possession.
